Refund policy

All sales from American Vintage Clothing Co. P/L are not refundable, but returns will be accepted for an online store credit valid for 9 months. (conditions apply)

Shipping charges are not refundable. 

CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO RETURNS

We will only accept returns if the item was not the correct fit. All items have to returned in the same condition as received, including the original attached swing tag .

Please refer to the individual items listing as some items will state that they will not be returnable.

Please note: All Special and Rare Collection items , accessories, Footwear, Homewares, Clearance items and any products that are listed as no return or exchange on the online store are not able to be returned or credited. They are a Final sale so please choose carefully.

Remember the item is vintage and it usually will show wear as most vintage items will.

All our items are professionally laundered.

If you require any more information on the product listed, please email us and we will endeavour to give you all the information you require to ensure that the product is right for you before you purchase.

The condition of the product including any defects or damage will be listed on the item, so please read carefully and inspect the pictures to your satisfaction to ensure that you make the right choice.

Please note that colour may vary when viewed from your pc or other viewing module, so keep this in mind when making a purchase.

If an item is to be returned , you will have to contact us for a credit note and we will issue this to you. This credit note has to be clearly marked on and in the the return package.

If a return is accepted, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping with tracking information and the item must be returned in the condition that they were sent, within 4 days of receipt for domestic orders with tracking and 10 days of receipt for international orders with tracking.

We take detailed pictures of the products and keep them on file, so If the product has been deemed to have been worn or washed or is different in any way as to how it was when sent then the return will not be accepted and the product will not be accepted back, and you will be liable for return postage with tracking back to your address.

If the product is accepted on return, we will issue you an online store credit only, to be used within 9 months.
