Shipping policy

Free standard shipping for domestic orders over $100.

Domestic Flat rate shipping cost of $10.00 for all products under $100.00.

No shipping costs for local pickup only at our store in Fitzroy (Please see shipping policy) 

We will always endeavour to ship the product the next working day, if not, then within 48 hours of notification of receipt, with the exception of weekends and public holidays when the product will be shipped within 48hrs from the next working day.

If your item was returned to us due to the incorrect shipping information, then the cost of reshipping to the correct address will be paid by the purchaser.

 

All Domestic shipping is a flat rate of $10.00.

International postage costs are costed by Australia post, and tracking is on all products sent.

Delivery Times are as set out below.

Some delivery times may be shorter or longer pending on exact location.

COMBINED SHIPPING

Combined shipping is available on all multi online orders.

Please contact us if you are combining items as this can only be done on the same day.

Express Post- Next day (Pending on Location)

All orders are provided with tracking with Australia Post. Shipping Lodgement receipts will be provided.

If you require signature on delivery this will be a further cost; please contact us in relation to this.

If you require insurance this will be a further cost; please contact us in relation to this.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

7-10 days (depending on Location)

Shipping Lodgement receipts will be provided

All Items shipped Internationally will be sent with tracking and signature.

If you require insurance then this will be an additional fee, please contact us in relation to this.

 

FREE Click & Collect

We offer for local and domestic customers, a choice of free pickup at our store in Fitzroy, if you choose this option please email us, so we can arrange for no shipping cost and the item will be required to be picked up within 7 days of receipt.

If the item is not picked up within 7 days and you have not notified us of a reason for this or have not made any attempt to contact us by email, then the item will be returned to Stock and the purchase price paid will be forfeited.

For local pickups only, you will require all your information pertaining to the purchase of the product with your proof of Purchase and proof of identity.

 

American Vintage Clothing Co. P/L will not be liable for lost, stolen or damaged goods.
